You can only use 1 coupon per item. This means that you cannot use a coupon stating a specific item is a specific price and then also use a 20% off coupon for that same item. Figure out which of the 2 coupons is the best deal and use that one.
The Harbor Freight website states that all coupons must have a valid barcode and expiration date. In my experiences this is not true. When I shop at Harbor Freight I always just print a list of the coupon codes I know I will be using and hand that list to the cashier. I have never had an issue with my method but do know that the official coupon policy says you must have the barcode and expiration date.
You do NOT have to have a physical copy of the coupon. You are allowed to show the cashier the coupon on your phone (Screenshot from Harbor Freight home page)
Coupons cannot be bought, sold or transferred. We have ALL the Harbor Freight coupons right here on Struggleville.net so you need not worry about this. (By the way if you know anyone still paying for Harbor Freight coupons on eBay kindly enlighten them to this free source of coupons.)
If you find a coupon for an item within 30 days of purchasing the item you can bring in your receipt and the coupon to get a refund for the price difference
20% off coupons and free item coupons are limited to 1 per person per day.
