Yeah that sucks. Next hope is Paypal or CC company to dispute the charge.
I'd also leave the seller negative feedback. Factual, something that makes him look bad to future buyers but doesn't make you look emotional. Then he MIGHT refund you and ask you to remove the negative feedback. You CANNOT say anything close to "I'll remove the feedback if you give me a refund" eBay calls that feedback extortion and will remove the negative feedback and I think they add a strike to your account for it.

That happens every time! I always try to block stuff or hang sheets or something but their is always that one that can't resist taking a peek behind the curtain.
