Tool sites—the good, the bad, and the ugly

The "Factory Blemished" Ridgid tools from Direct Tools Factory Outlet come with a Lifetime warranty if registered. 

I have heard a lot of complaints about the Ridgid LSA but I don't have any Ridgid tools so I have never had any experience with it.

I am not sure if people just aren't registering the tools or what the deal is but whenever I would mention the LSA in a video I would get bombarded with complaints about it.

I have utilized the LSA twice (both for fans) and it was flawless.

The biggest problem (HUGE) that I have is the fact that I have to nag them to get them to update their records to reflect the LSA.  EACH AND EVERY TIME.  I literally only had them do it themselves once.  Every other time I had to intervene, and I have quite a few things registered with them.

and because of the LSA I won't have to live with either.
