There is always a future person for a given job. That is fine. I have plans of continuing to move up so its all good.My director and I are about the same age, so I am probably locked into where I am. Which is fine with me.
That works too. Many people find a specific spot and stick with it. I just have to see what the plans look like when we get back to work. Have to be ready for the next opportunity. Hopefully it will be closer to home.
That is great. I suspect it will require me to do something a bit different in order to work closer to home. The daily drive is fairly long. Not looking forward to going back to that.
I left a dedicated work from home job to go to my current position that requires me to drive in each day. Yes it was that bad.
I won't ever be able to work close to home (unless it is at home) and get a decent salary.
