3 simple steps to receive your rebate:
1. Fill out your name and address on this certificate.
2. Enclose the original Menards ® “Rebate Receipt(s)” and this completed certificate in an envelope.
3. Mail the envelope to the address above.

• A copied receipt will not be accepted.
• Allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
• Arrangements must be made for immediate pick up or delivery.
• Check the status of your rebate at www.rebateinternational.com
• Please print clearly, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail due to lack of print clarity.
The post office is closed mon oct 8 and my rebate expires on oct 8. If I send it and don’t get the rebate which is over $100.00 I can’t return the product without the rebate receipt part. What should I do ?
Still mail it in. They will accept it. I have sent rebates up to a month old and as long as you have the rebate receipt and rebate slip they always process them.
