That disinfectant light could be very helpful these days. Could use it to setup a disinfecting station for phones and such.
Not sure I would want to wire one in. Hopefully the need for so much disinfecting will fade soon.

I have seen a couple of rechargeable ones... vaguely similar to the Braun slim bar light but UV. They are kind of pricey though.

That is good to know. I will keep that in mind. We mostly have been sticking with the traditional disinfecting methods so far.

When the time comes that I replace my cabinets I am definitely going to wire for 110v lights under the cabinet.

That is a good point. It would be very nice to have lighting under all of the kitchen cabinets. I suspect we will be moving inn a few years, but it is a definite thought for the next house.
