UltraSonic Pest Repeller Class Action Settlement - PJ - 06-14-2020
I got a post card in the mail about a class action settlement regarding Bell + Howell UltraSonic Pest Repellers. If you purchased any of these between 2011 and 2016 you can file a claim and get up to $15 per unit you bought. You can claim up to two units WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE or up to six unit WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE.
If you are a Menards shopper you may have picked these up as Menards had them on sale for $9.99 back in September of 2015. And no I don't have an AMAZING memory, but I am pretty organized and I found the receipt from when I purchased them.
The settlement is in response to the fact that they are absolute garbage and don't work at all. I have a hole in the headliner of my 66 Caprice to prove it.

Odd that this should come up now. I found one from about 40 years ago in a box in my garage. Think I can file on that one ? Hah

I sent in for mine, but not sure how long it will take to get back. I am pretty sure you sold all of the ones you got that year. Second off well organized, but a girl that has good searching skills. I got you close to within 3 months give or take. Otherwise, 2015 would have been like 5 years to look through, although you probably could have skipped the last 2 years, just knowing, but she still had some credit there. LOL, but she did knock a few over, but she helped get a lot of them and organized them as well. She might have even provided the proof picture and that means something. LOL

Yeah but where is the picture of them all laying on the floor about 5 minutes after the above picture was taken lol
