Home Depot has started putting some of the Makita cordless tools on clearance. The easiest one to find that I have seen is the Makita 18v hammer Drill. It comes in a hard case with two 4 ah batteries and charger. This is a in store only deal that is not available online. Searching stores near me there are several stores that show to have a few and a couple stores have eight of them in stock.

Thats a great deal, Makita batteries tend to be more expensive to begin with.
I just checked Rockford IL and that store has 1 in stock at $150.
