They are trying to not encourage large crowds in the store. They havent been doing free item coupons, the bi weekly coupon e-mails.. all sorts of stuff is shelfed with this corona virus crap. My guess is they will be releasing ones soon as states relax these rules.
I know I need one of those 30% coupons to buy some grinding wheel dressers and store house replenishables.

My Harbor Freight never has MASSES of people in it. I can't imagine any of their sales drive huge masses to any store, but maybe I am wrong.

I have been a few Harbor Freights when they are having a big sale there tends to be a lot of people in store.
the check out lines can sometimes stretch pretty far back in the store even with all registers open.
You would think it was being given away. lol Oh wait some of it was.

Seems like it varies greatly by region. I have gone to parking lot sales where I was the only customer in the building. Other people talk about massive lines during PLS
