HF: 1/2" Stubby Earthquake Air Impact Wrench - Code Butcher - 10-28-2020
I was at HF today looking to get the 1/2" drive Stubby Earthquake XT Air Impact Wrench, but saw the non XT version on clearance for $74.99. I compared the specs to the XT and they are slightly lower and 3/4" longer on the non XT version. Looks like they are phasing this item out from stock since the Eaxthquake XT is now $89.99 down from the previous $99.99.
YMMV on stock, but there seems to available stock on non popular locations.

Thats a pretty good deal on the impact. One good thing about the new HF products is you do see them do some clearance pricing on the items getting replaced.

It just went down to $69.97, I was able to get a price difference refund. I think it may go lower. It pretty powerful, I also bought the Earthquake XT Stubby which is 3/4" shorter for $76.49 with the 15% off coupon, and this is just as powerful for it's compact size. It can remove lug nuts with ease. I highly recommend high flow connectors with 3/8" lines.

Interesting how fast the price is dropping on it. I wonder how many stores have these still laying around?
