Tool sites—the good, the bad, and the ugly

I have utilized the LSA twice (both for fans) and it was flawless.

The biggest problem (HUGE) that I have is the fact that I have to nag them to get them to update their records to reflect the LSA.  EACH AND EVERY TIME.  I literally only had them do it themselves once.  Every other time I had to intervene, and I have quite a few things registered with them.

Warranties are always an issue with a lot of brands.   Always have to wonder how much you can trust them.

I actually need to put another warranty claim in on my fan from this weekend.  I will do that tonight and report back.

Oh no.  Its a sad day when you have to warranty a tool.

ehhh it is just the handle of the fan.  It is like a crappy rubber.  Second time it broke.
