A decent number of stores around me have this so there is a good chance you will be able to find one.  Look at the list of stores on the Lowes page and look for one that says its in stock.

I have the one with an interchangeable ball (1 7/8 and 2").  I need a new one but haven't seen them in some time.

Its a good deal, but I don't have a need for another tow ball at this point.

Yeah they aren't something you need to ever really replace.
