discount codes not working

Just tried to purchase 2 items and I'm finding the discount codes not working.  Do you have to be prime member to get the discounts?

specifically, the household tool set and the digital caliper codes don't work for me.   can someone else try to see if it is just me?

You don't have to be a Prime member to use promo codes. I would guess they killed the codes early. I tried the household tool set but the code didn't work. The TackLife one expired yesterday.
