2. Enclose the original Menards ® “Rebate Receipt(s)” and this completed certificate in an envelope.

You can check the status of your rebate on the Rebate International website – https://www.rebateinternational.com/RebateInternational/tracking.do
Also the top tab on their site has a customer service option, you can contact them and ask about the rebate if its not showing up on the tracking link above.
Thank you so much for posting these menards rebate forms! You save the day when I am late getting a menards rebate postmarked. And so far, Menards has always honored the rebate, even when I have sent in a rebate a week late!
