For years, we offered a direct search tool right here on this page. However, Rebates International has updated their security protocols, and they no longer allow third-party sites to submit tracking requests automatically. To check your status, you must now use their official portal directly.

⚠️ Status Not Showing Up?

It typically takes 6-8 weeks for a rebate to appear in the system after you mail it. If it has been longer than 8 weeks and your rebate still isn’t showing up, do not panic. Use the resources below to fix it.

1. Lost Receipt / Invoice Lookup

Update: Menards has removed the “Guest Lookup” tool. You must now be logged into a Menards.com account to reprint receipts for rebates.

2. Contact Rebates International Directly

If the tracker says “Mailed” but you never got the check, or if the tracker can’t find you at all after 8 weeks, you need to submit a manual inquiry. Do not call Menards stores; they cannot access rebate data.

Common Tracking Errors

• “House Number” Confusion: When the tracker asks for “House Number,” it literally means only the number.
  • If you live at 1234 Maple Ave, enter 1234.
  • If you live at PO Box 55, enter 55.
• Name Mismatches: Try searching with just your first initial. Sometimes the data entry team types “Bob” instead of “Robert,” or vice-versa.
