This was a screaming bargain at $5.60. I expected something like the HF one that they give away free with any purchase but the Blackview is a very nice meter.. It is small, rugged and simple to use. Having a capacitance measuring capability is another plus. It doesn’t measure true RMS but that is not necessary for most electrical appliance and automotive work.
