She loves it. She questioned it a bit after her injury, but she seems to be all in.

Yes. At the tournament this weekend:

Only a maximum of 10 people allowed in the dugout TOTAL (including coaches)
No cooling fans in the dugout
No spectators on the 1st and 3rd base lines. All spectators had to be behind the outfield fence
No shaking hands after the game (good game) - They walked by each other (6 feet apart) and gave a virtual fist bump.
No photo of both the 1st and 2nd place winners together at the trophy ceremony at the end. Teams were kept apart for separate pictures

I think that is the highlights. TL;DR version?

It sucked.

Well, I’m glad they got to actually have the games at least. It’s good your daughter got to participate in something almost normal again.

Wow, that seems really strict. And meanwhile at some point just about everyone will touch the same ball anyway.

Hopefully it gets back to normal sooner than later.

Yes, and after her showing it is clear that I am going to have to woop her butt back into shape. Smile
