Its not a tool but I found a $20 bill on the ground outside the porta potties at Country Thunder a year or 2 ago.

I'll come back if I can think of a tool example.

That was mine.  I dropped it there accidentally.  Please send back to me.

The bill had a white powdery substance on it so I contacted the local police.   I guess it tested positive for coke.  I'll give them your contact info so you can claim your $20.
