The liquidation sale portion of the parking lot sale is generally where you will find your best deals. The last few years Harbor Freight has been putting these items on tables usually near the entrance to the store. The items will have orange price tags. These items are returns and open box items. They do not carry the same warranty as when you purchase regular items so inspect the tools if you can before purchasing or as soon as you get home. One year I bought a drill press and when I got it home it was literally a bunch of broken pieces laying in the box. You can get good deals but pay attention!
