How to Mail Your Rebate

Once you have your form filled out, follow these simple steps to ensure you get your check:

1. Fill out the form completely: Ensure your name and address are legible. (You can also use a return address label.)
2. Gather your receipts: You must send the original “Rebate Receipt” from the bottom of your checkout slip. (Pro Tip: You can send multiple receipts in one envelope!)

Common Questions

• Can I send multiple receipts? Yes! You only need one completed form per envelope, even if you shove 20 receipts inside.
• What if I’m late? The official rule says rebates must be postmarked by the date on the receipt. However, Menards is famously lenient and often accepts rebates months after they “expire.” It is always worth the cost of a stamp to try!
• What is excluded? The 11% rebate does not apply to gift cards, propane, delivery fees, rental items, or extended protection plans.
