Dang. Apparently I am looking in the wrong places. I have come a cross a few power tools that have been left in a new house that was currently being framed up. Some guys need to do a better job of rounding up their tools before they leave a job site. I just wonder if the tools were still there when they returned.

Agreed. My Knipex Cobra pliers are awesome. I would say they are the best pliers I own, but I just got a couple pairs of Wiha pliers that I need to test out.
