Swagbucks is a site that will pay you in either gift cards or cash through Paypal. I have used Swagbucks for several years and to date have earned $4,882.74. Swagbucks has been a great way for me to earn some extra cash to pay for all the tool deals that get posted on this site. For this post I want to share with you how to earn SB (Swagbucks currency) using a cellphone or tablet.
Swagbucks has a variety of mobile apps that allow you to earn SB. You can passively let these videos play anytime you are not using your phone. Sleeping? Run videos. Taking a shower? Run videos. Watching a football game? Run videos. You get the idea. Each app has a limit of how much you can earn. There is a soft limit of 10SB a day per app however it is extremely common to get “bonus rounds” that allow you to earn additional SB. Some days I am able to run a single app all day long and never run out of bonus rounds.
In between videos you will see a 10 second countdown screen that will tell you how many more videos you have to watch to earn more SB, this screen will also tell you if you are earning bonus rounds or if you have maxed out for the day.
The secret to earning more SB in a shorter amount of time is utilizing “Favorites”. When looking at the list of available videos to watch you can long press any video to add it to your favorites. Once you have added a video a red heart will appear next to it and the video(s) will appear in the favorites section which you can find in the app menu. Lets say you add 1 10 second video to your favorites and you select that video from your favorites screen. That video will play over and over and over again until you shut down the app. This saves a ton of time because some video in the app will be several minutes long.
Watching mobile videos is one of my favorite ways to earn SB, so much so that the picture at the top of this post is all the different phones I use to run videos! The phone just needs internet access, it does NOT have to be activated. Most modern smart phones will work!
