How to Mail Your Price Adjustment Rebate

Once you have your form printed, follow these exact steps to ensure your adjustment is processed:

1. Fill out the certificate completely: Only this completed Certificate is accepted for the Rebate Adjustment. (You can also attach a return address label.)
2. Gather your Original Receipts: You must enclose only the full unaltered Original Sales Receipt. Only the original sales receipt and this rebate adjustment certificate will be honored. Original sales receipts altered in any way will be disqualified. Make a copy of your submission for your records (optional).
3. Check Your Dates: This specific adjustment is for Menards Original Receipts dated 2/1/26 thru 2/14/26 only. Purchases must be made between 2/1/26 and 2/14/26. Rebate Adjustment submissions must be postmarked by 2/15/27.
4. Mail to the SPECIAL adjustment address: (Note: This is a different PO Box than standard rebates!)

Common Questions

• Can I send multiple receipts? Yes! Multiple original receipts with one certificate is acceptable. Rebate Adjustments going to the same PO Box for the same person/address can be combined in the same envelope.
• Can I give this to a friend? No, Rebate Adjustments cannot be distributed to other people.
• What items are excluded? The adjustment excludes any Rebates issued on items submitted, merchandise returns, deposits, purchase of gift cards, KeyMe kiosk purchases, rentals, service plans, delivery charges and processing fees.
• What if I return an item later? Future exchanges and/or merchandise returns will void the 11% Rebate Adjustment on items exchanged and/or returned.
• How long does it take to get my check? Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. The rebate comes in the form of a merchandise credit check from Menards, valid on future in-store purchases only.
