They send a confirmation e-mail so unless you get 3 of those I would assume its unlikely. Maybe their website was just being goofy. Or if you are running an ad blocker sometimes they break things on pages as well.

I got 2 sets and love them. They take the elbow grease out of cleaning. Now i can use my power tools to clean the tub lol.
