This is not the Launch from the US, but the Launch from China. You’ll get NO support.
The software works, but what does work only works at a bare minimum level to be called diagnostic software.
In most cases, I’ve had better luck with the cheap $10 bluetooth OBD scanners.
P.S. I’ll be more than happy to answer any questions about why this is such a ripoff…at even 1/10 of the price noted above. Hell, even at $50, all you’re getting is a glorified Android tablet with some small trinket hardware in a crap case.
